Ari Rikkilä to take over as Efecte CEO on April 1, 2010
Ari Rikkilä M.Sc. has been appointed CEO of Efecte Corp. from April 1, 2010 onwards.
As CEO of Efecte Corp. he will also be responsible for the whole of Efecte Group, including subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. As planned, current CEO Kristian Jaakkola will leave his post by summer 2010.
Rikkilä will leave his current position as CA?s Country Manager for Finland to take on the new role. Rikkilä served for more than three years in sales management roles at CA. Prior to CA, Rikkilä worked in sales and sales management positions at Cisco. ?Rikkilä has been extremely successful in his earlier roles and at Efecte will contribute international business know-how, as well as strong competence and an extensive network of contacts in the IT Service Management industry,? Kristian Jaakkola, who from almost the outset managed and built Efecte up, will leave the firm in summer 2010. ?Having served in demanding leadership roles at Efecte for some twenty years, I concluded that it is time for me to slow down the pace for a moment and explore new challenges for the future,? explains Kristian Jaakkola.
